Overview: Poster Discussions are presented in one of the sessions scheduled at the two poster discussion theatres. Each author will present a digital poster orally for 2 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Sessions will not be recorded.

Overview: The growing significance of environmental sustainability permeates multiple facets of our lives. But what is the impact on the field of radiotherapy? What major factors contribute to the carbon footprint of radiotherapy? What are the most effective strategies to reduce the carbon footprint of radiotherapy practices? How can we raise awareness about climate change and environmental impact of radiotherapy? Should we consider carbon footprint from travelling when we decide if we should join professional meetings? Overview: In this session three highly experienced panelists will present their experience in how to successfully conduct investigator initiated clinical trials. This will include single center studies, multicenter national, and international trial in detail as how to frame the right research question, get the collaborators and stakeholders interested, get funding, keep the group together, bat all regulatory demands, inspire and nurse all actors involved throughout the process and reach out in national and international settings. The panelists present trials that are running as living examples, so this session will deal with reality and not theory. There will be 3 presentations each of 10 minutes and 10 minutes for discussion. We look forward to a lively interactive session between the participants and the audience.

Overview: This session aims to pitch the idea of establishing a Global Radiation Therapist (RTT) Research Network. This strategic initiative is set out to breaking down barriers, fostering connectivity, and elevating the impact of RTT research on a global scale. Through creating a unified platform, RTTs can share insights, best practices, and advancements in the dynamic field of radiation therapy. This network transcends geographical boundaries, providing easy access to a wealth of expertise. A seamless exchange of ideas, experiences, and innovations, can propel research outcomes to new heights.

Overview: In a dynamic symposium, four diverse specialists will present compelling arguments on the pivotal role of their respective fields in bridging future gaps. An oncologist, surgeon, computer scientist, and economist will articulate how their expertise offers unparalleled potential for impactful advancements. From innovative treatment modalities to data-driven decision-making and economic efficacy, each speaker will advocate for their discipline's unique capacity to address evolving challenges. This interdisciplinary dialogue promises to illuminate critical pathways toward comprehensive solutions, offering valuable insights into the future landscape of healthcare and collaborative problem-solving. Moreover, the audience will have the opportunity to vote and decide which specialist makes the most convincing case.
