BIO EMBRACE (translational research): Molecular biomarkers, linking patterns of biomarker expression to clinical outcome with EMBRACE-I subcohort. The study tested outcomes with image guided brachytherapy as a function of PDL-1 expression,p16 and L1CAM in addition to established prognostic factors. The study had key observations related to interaction of dose , p16 and PDL-1 expression.
