• EMBRAVE (vaginal cancer):

A prospective multi-center clinical registration study on chemoradiotherapy and IGABT in vaginal cancer (EMBRAVE). Following the GEC-ESTRO/ABS/CBG target concept publications, this study aims to validate the target concept and provide benchmark results and derive evidence based recommendations for dose planning aims and constraints for vaginal cancer.

REWIND: This is retrospective datacollection of MRI based brachytherapy in EMBRACE II centres

  • Phase II single arm study of Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib in patients with high risk locally advanced cervix cancer: EMBRACE High risk study initiative

This study will open in international sites in 2026 and will test addition of Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib chemoradiation and image guided brachytherapy.  The study will begin recruitment end 2026-early 2027.
