Hospitals, clinics and other institutions providing RT treatment have the opportunity to become ESTRO institutional members and gain visibility in the ESTRO Community. ESTRO has reviewed and simplified its institutional membership offer opening it up at global level to better support oncology teams in their professional development.

This year ESTRO is proposing a more cost-effective model that fosters interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity, ensuring professional growth for the entire team.

Institutes have the possibility to purchase individual memberships (as of 5) for their radiotherapy and oncology team with gradual discounts (from 5% up to 25%) depending on the size of the group.

Team colleagues will become institutional members and enjoy the individual benefits related to the individual membership grade they have been allocated.

Your institute will get the following benefits:

  • gradual discounts from 5% up to 25% depending on the size of the group
  • encourage professional development of all team members
  • ensure interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary representation of the department
  • free access as exhibitor at the ESTRO Communities Pavilion during the ESTRO annual conference
  • visibility through the ESTRO institutional members webpage
  • ESTRO Public Affairs Newsletter: a monitoring service sent monthly to institutional members to keep up to date with oncopolicy issues
  • Free online job postings on the ESTRO website
  • ESTRO institutional member logo (to be published on the department website, slides and scientific presentations together with the institute logo).
