The elections are open from 7 April 2026 through 7 May 2026. Meet the candidates standing for President-Elect and Board Member, and explore their vision for the Society's future.


Open Positions

President-Elect: One seat. The presidential term spans six years: President-Elect (2026–2028), President (2028–2030), and Past-President (2030–2032). Two candidates are standing.

Board Member: Two seats. The Board term runs from 2026 to 2029, renewable once. Four candidates are standing.


Voter Eligibility

Presidential election: ESTRO Full Members in good standing for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026).

Board election: ESTRO Full Members in good standing for 2026.

Voting will be conducted via a secret electronic ballot, which will be sent to voters’ inboxes. Elections are decided by a simple majority of valid votes cast. To be eligible to vote, renew your ESTRO membership by 17 March 2026.
