Overview: Prof. Evelynn Herrmann will discuss biology, anatomy diagnostic workup and grading systems of meningiomas and vestibular schwannomas. She will also present treatment algorithms and follow-up recommendations. Prof. Leszek Miszczyk will discuss stereotactic radiosurgery for trigeminal neuralgia (TN) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) showing the most important literature data coming from gamma knife and CyberKnife (CK) centers and his own experiences with CK radiosurgery. Prof. Sameer Seth will present an overview of clinical results for SRS for obsessive-compulsive disorder and mesial temporal lobe epilepsy with a focus on evolving technique of irradiation and the results of recent randomized trials.
