ICHNO 2026

It gives us enormous pleasure to invite you to the 10th International Congress on Innovative Approaches in Head and Neck Oncology, ICHNO 2026 – ‘Driven by Biology, Centred on the Person: A New Approach to Head and Neck Cancer’, which will be taking place in Seville, Spain 19-21 March 2026.

The congress is a collaboration between the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), the European Head and Neck Society (EHNS) and the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), bringing our disciplines together to showcase the latest technical advances, impactful research findings and novel innovations in head and neck oncology. We have worked hard to create a programme that brings clinical and academic researchers together, to understand the biology that underpins disease and toxicity, and to apply that understanding to a person centred, individualised approach to treatment. We welcome every member of the multidisciplinary team to attend, including oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, dieticians, speech and language therapists, nurses, restorative dentists, scientists, and others who are interested in an approach to head and neck cancer that is driven by biology and centred on the person.

This biennial congress promises to provide an important platform for the dissemination of the latest, cutting-edge science and innovation in the field of head and neck oncology. The programme includes invited lectures by global research leaders, presentations on the latest breaking research findings from randomised trials and other studies, and symposia offering insights and updates on the latest advances in head and neck cancer research and care. Time will be allocated for discussion, entertaining debate, and interaction between presenters and participants, and the multidisciplinary sessions will enable interaction and collaboration between the different disciplines involved in head and neck oncology.

We hope to see you all for this unmissable and unforgettable congress in the beautiful city of Seville!

Mererid Evans (ESTRO) & Giovanni Succo (EHNSYungan Tao (ESMO)
