Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you to the next edition of the Young Scientists' Forum 2.0, which will be held on 5 December 2025, in the Greater Poland Cancer Centre in PoznaƄ, Poland.

YSF 2.0 is a conference aimed at scientists and students who are below 35 years of age, and who specialise in oncology-related sciences: clinicians, medical physicists, biologists and radiographers.

The forum is a place not only to present one's work but also to exchange professional experiences and to network internationally. The conference will be conducted in English in a hybrid format, combining online and onsite elements.

The guiding theme of this year's edition is "Responsibility in Science". This idea is always worth recalling, to ensure that we do not lose sight of the goal of our scientific activity: progress for the benefit of present and future patients.

In the spirit of this idea, we will remember Professor Joseph Rotblat, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, physicist, and radiobiologist. This scientist set an example for us in being responsible and ethical in scientific research.

Entry to the forum is a competition. Submitted abstracts will be assessed by a jury with expert representation from basic and clinical sciences.

The works accepted for oral presentation will be presented during sessions, followed by discussion with jury members. All parts of the presentation are equally evaluated – the concept, the results of the presented study, and the speaker’s ability to hold a scientific argument.

We encourage you to submit your work; abstracts must be sent in English by October 25, 2025.

Awards will be provided for the authors of the three best submissions and presentations to support their careers and scientific development.

Registration will start on 1 September 2025.
