Overview: Radiotherapy is an attractive treatment option for non-malignant disease outside the brain but little attention is dedicated to this topic. Improvement in heart function can be achieved with stereotactic ablative radiotherapy in refractory ventricular tachycardia. Pain relief and decrease in anti-pain drug usage can be obtained with radiotherapy of painful inflammatory diseases. Functional in Dupuytren, Ledderhose or cosmetic impairments in keloids disease can be minimized with radiotherapy and if needed safely with re-irradiation. Therefore to bring up radiotherapy implementation in daily practice four excellent speakers will summarize the knowledge about this treatment which can significantly improve patient's quality of life.
