The abstract submission for ICHNO 2026 is now closed, and no further submissions can be accepted.

The peer review and selection process take place in October and November. Selection results will be communicated mid-December 2025.

LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS

Late-breaking abstract submission opens on 28 January 2026. The deadline for submission is 11 February 2026, 23:59 CET.

Late-breaking abstracts must present timely findings which were not available at the time of the deadline (8 October 2025). The late-breaking abstract deadline is not intended to be a second deadline for abstract submissions. Abstracts deemed to not be truly late-breaking are rejected. The late-breaking submission guidelines will be available soon.

ESTRO members can benefit from a substantially reduced registration fee. To access the member rate, please visit the membership page to become a member or renew your membership before completing your registration.

Members of ESMO or EHNS can register at the member rate by sending proof of their active membership to events@estro.org with your invoicing address detail. 

*To register at the in-training rate, you must have an active in-training membership. Please click here and select in-training membership.

** ESTRO members specialising in RTT or Dosimetry are eligible for the in-training fee rate.

***Register at the student rate by joining as an ‘Undergraduate Student’  for 2026. Submit a valid student ID or enrollment proof. Must be 27 or younger.

**** Participants from emerging countries can register at a reduced fee. Join or renew your ESTRO membership first. This rate applies to low- and lower-middle-income economies (World Bank). See the full list here.

Group Registration

IMPORTANT note: Each participant must register using their own email address. A unique verification code will be sent to their email to access the ICHNO app and web platform.

Please read the Group registration Procedure and complete the Group Registration Form and return it back to events@estro.org.

Payment

Payments for web bookings are processed securely by credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please send your full request and details to events@estro.org.

Insurance 

The organiser does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.

Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your registration and get a full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges of 15%. This option is available until 1 month before the congress. Any cancellation request received within 1 month before the date of the congress will not be eligible for a refund. Please send an email with your request to events@estro.org.

An exhibition featuring equipment and medical publishers will be held in the Exhibition area. The exhibition will open on Thursday morning and will remain open from Thursday to Saturday. Entrance is free for all registered participants. Companies and publishers who would like to participate in the exhibition may obtain more detailed information from the ESTRO Office.
