Exceptionally for this year there will be a unique fee for both members and nonmembers except for in-training members.

The registration fee to the conference includes access to the scientific sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunches, and networking evening.



Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.


In case of cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges of 15% may be obtained up to three months before the meeting. Between three months and one month before the meeting, the refund will amount to 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is post marked after 7 November 2018.

*To register as a student you should send your valid student card to BEFORE completing the registration. Institute letters are not accepted.

To register as an RTT you should send a letter from the Head of Department of your institute to BEFORE completing the registration. 

**Participants from emerging countries may register at a preferential rate BEFORE 5 November 2018. After this date the desk fee will apply. Emerging country rate applies to individuals from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at:
