Dr Alan McWilliam is a Senior Lecturer in Translational Radiotherapy Physics at The University of Manchester. His research themes are 1) analysis of patient outcomes, primarily using voxel-based analysis techniques to best understand how the full, 3-dimensional, dose distribution affects patients’ response to radiation, and 2) the development of quantitative imaging biomarkers to inform patient risk stratification.
