Biography

Charles Fouillade is a researcher at Institut Curie in Paris. He received his PhD from Paris Descartes Medicine University in 2012 and did a postdoctoral training on FLASH radiation therapy with Dr. Vincent Favaudon. His research interests are focused on the impact of thoracic radiotherapy and in particular the understanding of the molecular mechanisms that drive the sparing effect observed after ultra-high dose rate radiotherapy. He is in charge of the basic research on FLASH radiation therapy at Institut Curie.
