Biography

Dr. Morton is a radiation oncologist at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre in Toronto. He is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Toronto and and Adjunct Professor of Physics at Ryerson University. He has a clinical and academic focus on prostate cancer and brachytherapy. He continues to lead several ongoing randomized trials of prostate brachytherapy. He chairs the Royal College of Physicians of Canada Brachytherapy Area of Focused Competence Committee, and is chair of the ASTRO Annual Scientific Meeting GU Track. He sits on the Editorial Board of several oncology journals, and has published extensively on prostate brachytherapy. He is a Fellow of the American Brachytherapy Society.
