Janita van Timmeren, PhD, is a medical physics resident at Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, since March 2022. From 2015-2019, she performed her PhD at Maastro/Maastricht University in the Netherlands, entitled 'Longitudinal radiomics for prognosis in NSCLC'. From 2019-2021, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at University Zürich and University Hospital Zürich in Switzerland. She worked on several topics, including single-isocenter treatments for patients with multiple lung metastases, prognostic scores for brain metastases and gating for prostate cancer patients on the MR-linac.
