We can provide a VISA letter only if you have registered. If you would like us to send a visa invitation letter, please send your request to events@estro.org with the following information: 

a) Your full name as per your passport  

b) Your passport number

Please click on the [book now] button on the congress page and enter your details. On the next page, please select the No-days, and continue with the next step. You can then select your pre-meeting course of choice.

Please send an email to events@estro.org, specifying which contouring workshop you would like to attend with 

a) Full name of the attendee(s) and the email address(es)

b)  The countouring worshop(s) name(s)

c)  Invoice address : name, full address, and VAT number if applicable (for a company). Please note that this CANNOT be changed at a later stage so please make sure the address provided is correct.

d.) Specify your payment method (bank transfer or credit card).

a) Full name and email of the attendee(s)

b) Invoice address : name, full address, and VAT number if applicable (for a company). Please note that this CANNOT be changed at a later stage so please make sure the address provided is correct.

c) Your registration details. E.g. all days, 1day secifying the date, any add-ons (contouring workshop/pre-meeting course/social events).

ESTRO 2023 will take place onsite only. There is no option to attend the congress online. 

Most sessions will be recorded and available on-demand via the congress platform and the mobile app for the registered delegates.

The presentations will become available on-demand shortly after the session time. Please note that the Mini-Orals and Poster Discussions will not be recorded.

The participants can view other presentation types and the digital posters via the online platform.
