Proffered Papers are presented at one of the sessions scheduled in the main session halls. Each author will present orally for 7 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for discussion. Sessions will be streamed. Should the presenting author not be able to attend the congress in Copenhagen, they are requested to assign a co-author to give the presentation onsite.

  • As of 23 March, you can upload your PowerPoint via the upload platform until midnight the day before your session. Alternatively, you can hand in your PowerPoint to the Speaker Preview Room at least 3 hours before the start of your session.

  • You are welcome to use the congress PowerPoint presentation template for your presentation slides.

Mini-Orals are presented at one of the sessions scheduled in the two mini-oral theatres near the exhibition. Each author will present a 4-slide PowerPoint (not including title and COI slides) orally for 4 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for discussion. Sessions will not be streamed but pre-recordings should be uploaded for the online platform.

Should the presenting author not be able to attend the congress in Copenhagen, they are requested to assign a co-author to give the presentation onsite.

Poster Discussions are presented at one of the sessions scheduled at the two poster terminals in the exhibition. Each author will present a digital poster orally for 2 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Sessions will not be streamed but pre-recordings should be uploaded for the online platform.

Should the presenting author not be able to attend the congress in Copenhagen, they are requested to assign a co-author to give the presentation onsite.

Posters are uploaded to the poster gallery as a digital poster (no scheduled presentation). The poster gallery is accessible via the online platform and the poster viewing stations in the exhibition.  

  • Posters are submitted via the online submission system by 21 April.
