How to renew my membership?

How do I register for a course?

Check the ESTRO course calendar here and select your course of interest. Click on the « Fees & Registration » button and follow the procedure. When you have completed the online payment for the course you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and payment.

What if I cannot register on line?

Please contact the ESTRO office; if you wish to register to a course contact education@estro.org, and if you wish to register to a congress please contact events@estro.org.

I’m not able to update my contact details, what should I do?

Please send an email to info@estro.org with the correct data.

Online payments

Online payment requires more and more security to prevent abuse. Before starting your registration or membership application/renewal, please make sure you have all security codes/ tools you need (card reader, security code, token…).

I would like to pay by bank transfer but I do not see this option; what should I do?

Payment by bank transfer is no longer possible at ESTRO; however, if you encounter problems with this please contact us at education@estro.org or events@estro.org or membership@estro.org, depending on the nature of your request.

What happens if I cannot attend and have to cancel my registration?

In case of cancellation, full refund of the registration fee minus 15% for administrative costs may be obtained up to three months before the course and 50% of the fee up to one month before the course. No refund will be made if the cancellation request is postmarked less than one month before the start of the course.

Is there simultaneous translation?

The courses are in English. No simultaneous translation is provided unless otherwise specified in the course details.

How do I access online the course materials?

The course materials are available to participants only. The instructions on how to access course materials are sent by the course project manager a few days before the start of the course.

Is there an examination?

All courses are assessed. The assessment only covers material that has been taught on the course. Assessment is usually done in the form of multiple choice questions. The MCQ may be organised during the course or afterwards online; in case of questions please contact the course project manager.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?

A certificate of attendance will be available for all participants who have attended the entire course once their evaluation form has been completed and returned.

What if I need a visa to attend the course?

Please contact education@estro.org at the earliest opportunity if you require a visa. Invitation letters will be issued by the local organiser or local travel agent or by ESTRO if within Schengen territory.
