MId-term project assessment report (1st Sept 2006 - 29th Feb 2008) 

This comprehensive 33 page report can be downloaded by clicking here and clearly sets out the achievements and challenges that have had to be overcome.  The report includes detailed updates for each of the project's work packages as well as outlining the work in progress, planned activities for the next six months and future project milestones.

Membership application and agreement

If you wish to participate as a member in the ESTRO/GENEPI consortium, will you please complete the Application Form which can be downloaded by clicking here.  The form has three elements

1.   An application form for collaboration
2.   The proposed treatment protocols
3.   A membership contract

GENEPI-ENTB informed consent procedure

By clicking here The booklet setting out the informed consent recommendations for the GENEPI- ENTB project.  The document is based on the standard “informed consent document including research on biological material” of the EORTC (European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer).  This has been adapted to the needs of the GENEPI project. Participating centres who wish to use this document may translate and submit it to their local ethics committee.

Protocols for processing and storing tissue samples

A copy of the proposed recommendations and procedures for obtaining, preparing, aliquoting and storing of tissues for the GENEPI project can be downloaded by clicking here.  All participating centres are encouraged to follow these standardised guidelines as closely as possible.  Specialised laboratories can use their protocols and are asked to submit the applied equivalent procedures to the GENEPI office.
