ESTRO representative policy is a procedure on how an ESTRO representative can be attained to attend a scientific or educational event in the field of Radiotherapy and Oncology.
To apply please choose the correct stage from the table on the right and send an application email with all required information as attachments to Executive Assistant Charlotta Nestén at cnesten@estro.org. You will receive a message to confirm that your application has been received and is in the approval process.
Please, note that insufficient applications will not move onwards until all the required data is given.
Deadline for applications is the last Monday of every month.
ESTRO representative approval process will take one month depending on the appropriate deadline for which the application has been accepted.
This policy follows other policies of ESTRO when issues overlap eg concerning travel, ESTRO Travel Policy is followed.
