The Board of ESTRO is proud to honour those who have dedicated their professional life to radiation oncology and the work of ESTRO.  The first recipient of this award was Guy Vandervelde (Leuven, Belgium) in 2007.  In 2008, awards were presented to: Numa Cellini (Italy), Walter Van den Bogaert (Belgium) and Lea Minnen (ESTRO Brussels).
